BEEF STEW

BEEF STEW (via JacinthaPayne.com)

This is the perfect stew for your fall cravings. It's great for when you are on the go or enjoying a cozy day at home. Just toss all the ingredients together, let it go, and enjoy the aroma of a warm meal cooking in your home. 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds beef tips meat for stew, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 long carrots, peeled and chopped into thin circles
  • 2/3 cup red wine
  • 1 package of fresh mushrooms
  • 1 envelope (1 ounce) dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10 ounces) cream of mushroom soup

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in the crockpot. Cover and cook on high for the first hour then switch it to low for for an additional 4 to 6 hours. Just until the center of the meat is tender and pink. You can also serve this over warm noodles. :) Enjoy!
